Every business has a few places where things get stuck, for the owner, for the staff, for the customer trying to buy. I find those by watching how the business actually runs and asking why things are done the way they are. Then I fix the ones worth fixing.
I've lived in this area my whole life. For years I ran big projects for a large company, the kind with lots of locations, lots of vendors, and lots of ways for things to go wrong. I learned how large work gets organized and where it falls apart, and I do the same thing now at small-business scale.
I've also been a photographer for years, and I own a small business of my own, so I know what it's like to be the one doing everything. I photograph, I build, and I ask a lot of questions about how your business really runs.
I charge small-business rates, not agency rates. I take the photos, learn how your business works, write down what the site has to do, and build the simplest thing that does it. That means less time, less cost, and a site you can actually keep up with.
