April to October

Weekly mowing

Same day every week, Monday to Thursday. We mow, trim the edges and blow clippings off the walks. Weekly only, because every-other-week lets the grass get ahead of us.

Aeration & overseeding

Aeration pulls small plugs of soil so water and seed can get to the roots. Overseeding right after fills in thin spots. Do both in the fall and the lawn comes back thicker in spring.

Fall leaf cleanup

We clear the lawn and the beds and bag everything at the curb for city pickup. One visit for most yards; a second pass is quoted if the trees aren't done yet.

The finishing touches

Hedge and shrub trimming, fresh mulch, crisp bed edges and gutter cleanouts on one-story homes. Add them to any visit.
